We are inviting an energetic Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany. We are looking for a professional with higher education and experience who will become the face of the company for our partners.

ROLE

Your primary goal is to develop relationships with existing partners and expand our client base.

  • Key Account Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the company’s existing clients. Understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of service.

  • Business Development: Actively searching for new clients and partners in international markets, conducting negotiations, and delivering presentations.

  • Deal Management: Preparing commercial offers, monitoring contract execution, and handling business correspondence.

  • Market Analysis: Monitoring the competitive environment and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Communication: Close collaboration with other company departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.

your Profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent English — both written and spoken. This is a mandatory requirement for daily communication with international partners. (Knowledge of German is a big plus but not required at the start).

  • Education: Higher education in Economics, International Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Sales Manager, KAM, Business Development).

  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

    • Professional business language and correspondence skills.

    • Confident PC user (ERP systems).

  • Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, proactive, organized, stress-resistant, and open to different cultures.
